    I rarely can tilt my head back and to the side at all. Lightning pain dont my trap. Nothing ever helps other than chiropractic care

      @TomMorrison I haven't yet but this is the 2nd time you've suggested it to me. Lately I've been trying SO MANY different things by other movement specialists. It's with overwhelming and very helpful at the same time. But I think I'm gonna only look at a few different programs

Did you feel that massive contraction of your Abs..... No you didn't because your hips aren't connected to your hip flexor is not connected to your abs.. and my neck is not connected to my calf..

    Is there a way to fix Nerve tension? I got nerves tingling all day long in my tarsaltunnel, on my outer ankle part, also under my big toe. I had it for months. Is there any good exercise? I am a very active guy. And this annoys me all day long. What routine? I already strengthened all my feet and Hip muscles, no help

      Would need to look at your overall training and flexibility really to see what you’ve missed potentially, it’s tricky when someone appears to move well but there’s always something somewhere!
